It's a very simple motel - clean and comfortable. Had some trouble with the WiFi on the second day - but they didn't have a phone in the room to call the reception, so I ended up using my phone's hotspot, instead of having to go down to the reception.

In general I was happy with my stay there. Is a budget hotel with good value for money. If you’re a light sleeper (like me) get a room on high floor as the noise from the traffic comes into the room as insulation is not efficient. Wi-Fi is chargeable at 3pound/day but is fast and good signal. Room facilities with...

This hotel is a good price and a great location for the DLR and bus into the centre of London. Stayed there with teenage daughter for 3 nights in May 2015 for her birthday weekend. Was one of the few hotels that wasn't fully booked that weekend as the London Marathon had just taken place 2 days before. Aside from...

The room was modern, clean and perfectly comfortable for "real life" needs. The bathroom was shower only (no bath), but perfectly serviceable. Much better value than other hotels in the capital, for a practical and pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 1 night when attending a concert at the 02. We knew that there was no parking at the hotel so we phoned ahead to ask where we could park and the man on reception was very helpful giving us the postcode of a nearby side street where you can park for free! The room was as...

Clean, spacious room. Good value for money with tea, coffee, towels, etc provided. Lovely breakfast. Let down by the evening meal. It was expensive for what it was. My son had sausage, mash and beans which was piled into a cereal bowl with gravy all over the top which I did not order. When I questioned a member of staff...

We had arrived very late in the night without a reservation and Nigel went out of his way to find us a room and ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was far better than in most hostels and hotels we had previously stayed in. When we wanted to extend our stay for another night, Zuzanna at the front desk...

Hotel is clean and well maintained with friendly staff and located immediately adjacent to the DLR and good bus links to the city centre. Pull-out child beds have no mattresses, suggest you ask for additional full-size single bed if available as children had a very uncomfortable sleep each evening. Limited storage for clothes in the room which is a bit...

Clean, basic accommodation. The usual depressing TL blue colour scheme. Definitely no frills and well used. TV channel labels are really odd as they don't match what's actually programmed in and as you scroll through them it's confusing as radio is in the middle. They don't even have all the Freeview channels which is disappointing. The room smelled as if...
