After reading the reviews and looking at the pictures, my husband booked my mum and I into this hotel after our train had been cancelled, and we needed to stay another night in London. We were not expecting 'luxury' but were extremely disappointed with what we got! Definitely not anything like the pictures on the reviews or the website! We...

My parents and I had a fantastic stay at the Orchard Hotel. All the people were very nice and friendly, the rooms were very clean and not that big but not even too small. The position is perfect, because Oxford Street is easily reachable by foot.

Positive:Staff polite, room small but spotlessly clean. Towels changed every day. Bed comfortable. Breakfast ok but needs a choice of brown and white toast, plus fruit. Breakfast room small very difficult with wheelchair. Negative: No kettle or hot drinks allowed in room no where on site could I find this piece of information. Also states safe in rooms not true...

We stayed 2 nights. Towels/bedding weren't touched -what you would expect if you don't pay top dollar. Breakfast is tea/coffee, white toast ( no choice even when I asked) jam, ( again no choice),cornflakes, sliced cheese and sliced processed meat - only one choice each! No tea making facility in bedroom, there is a small lounge (where all the luggage...

stayed 2 nights, had basement room at rear and wouldn't have known you were next to a busy street in London. Breakfast basic but sufficient, staff friendly and a great base not far from Hyde Park and tube station

I stayed here for 2 nights and I was very happy with my stay. I didn't really spend much time here due to being out all day. The room was lovely and warm and when it did get hot the heating was easy to turn down. The shower was easy to use and had fresh towels in the bathroom. Staff...

We stayed one night. The hotel and staff couldn't have been nicer. Very reasonable price for a warm and comfortable stay. We had a room at the back and it was so quiet you wouldn't have known you were in London.

The staff were fine and were helpful when needed. We were in a triple room on the third floor which was...
