Easy access to oxford circus, well designed, bright and spacious room with breakfast area - a good find for something different and well priced too for high season. Only snag - No lift, over 50 steps with luggage is not for everyone ! Otherwise thumbs up!

122 Great Titchfield is an excellent location. It is snuggled in between three underground stations and close to Oxford Street and surrounded by great places to eat and drink. Mike and Wendy are lovely hosts and the unique and creative stamp placed on what used to be an old tailors/milliners workplace is excellent. If one is looking for big spacious...

I really can't fault my stay in 122 Great Thitchfield. As someone who is known for being fairly nit-picky, I couldn't find a nit to pick - 122 Great Thitchfield really is great! As there was a double booking, I stayed in room 2 for the first night and was quite happy with it; the room was large, airy, clean,...

Recently I had my third stay at Great Titchfield St. One 10 day visit was in winter, the other 5/6 day visits in spring and autumn. On each occasion I've been very pleased with the design of the room and bathroom, the facilities, the comfort, the sumptuous breakfasts and the assistance freely given by Mike and Wendy when required. A...

Luxury B&B is all about location, location, location. My wife and I spent four days in the independent flat there in early September and we loved it. On the first (European) floor of a beautiful red stone building In Fitzrovia, it is in the center of everything a visitor to London would want to see. We walked to Leicester Square...

As seasoned travelers, used to 5 star hotel  accommodation, we have in the last 2 years decided to try apartment accommodation in major cities. We have been very happy with our decision, particularly our stay at 122 Great Titchfield. The apartment was perfect for our needs,  a superb location, very comfortable and utterly charming hosts. A hugely successful stay in...

Since we would be in London for a few days we decided to try renting a small apartment from residents rather than opting for one in a hotel. It was a chance to try a different neighbourhood than is our usual haunt so we decided on 122 Great Titchfield Street. The photos made the property look appealing but as a...

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, but we really do not recognise the place that you describe. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned by MIke or me before every visit.. All the food comes fresh from the supermarket.. There is no mould or smelly fridges. The fridge in the apartment is kept on the whole time. (The...

I liked my week there but can see how it wouldn't suit someone looking for Luxury or a lot peace and quiet. It's got character and it's in a fun part of town, central to everything, but that comes with a bit of noise when the pubs clear. The hosts were very accommodating and went the extra mile to help...

I would definitely recommend a stay at 122 Great Titchfield luxury B&B. The location was perfect for us and our 3 children to get around. Our room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The owners Mike and Wendy were very warm and provided a wealth of information on the local area. We hope to come back again!! Sarah & Rob...

Myself and Fiancé stayed here in June this year for 2 nights after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. Before arriving Mike was helpful and communicated with us very well & answered any questions we had promptly. Upon arrival Mike greeted us at the door and took us up to our room and showed us what was what etc! We thought...

We are very sorry that this reviewer got the wrong breakfast. We would of course have re-made the entire breakfast for you if you'd asked. The rooms are converted tailors workrooms. and yes they do have the original timber floors. We concentrate on giving our guests a splendid organic breakfast and really comfortable beds. Our rooms are considerably larger and...
