I am extreme,y disappointed with this hotel- and I just checked in today. Problems with checking in-told no parking and told to remove my car and park in a lot across town that I had no idea how to get to and had to beg manager to show me where it was , which he was extremely

Sorry -parking issue is nonsense.there is a 4000 space carpark just 8 minutes away and £6 for 24 hours. You chose to go somewhere else to park- did not listen to us. As for cancelling your room, we would encourage you to do this so you would be happy and not be unhappy with us-so, not an issue. Room was large enough, incidentally you forced a plastic chair into the large shower room and thought that was fine,.There were 3 of you, I believe your father and brother were very happy so not sure why you changed your mind after leaving?

As other reviewers have said, this is really a collection of buildings with Hotel 65 as it's hub and you won't know which building you're in until check-in. However none are more than 2 minutes away. I had a rear facing room in building 45 and it was spot on for a one night

Stayed after gig at Shepherds Bush Empire, clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast was great and service was very pleasant. If I need a hotel in the area again it's my first choice. Good access to Shepherds Bush and Westfield Shopping Centre

Hi! From the hotel we were booked into which was Hotel Seventy Three which is only a few flats down from the main hotel, I'd say it was about a 15 minute max. walk and it's a very easy walk, basically just straight down the road from the hotel to the Apollo. I believe breakfast was served from 7am until 9am. Hope this helps!

The tube is about 10 to 15 minutes walking. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The bus takes you is a few minutes to the tube station. As for the lift, no. If you can't walk up stairs this isn't the right hotel for you. If you can walk up and down small stairs you could request a ground floor or 1st floor room. Bear in mind, this is a budget hotel.

Lots of options nearby. In and around the Hammersmith tube station and its adjacent shopping center there are several ATMs.
