This hotel had the one thing so conspicuously missing from the vast majority of budget hotels - it was clean! The Fairview caters for its target market excellently. Though the room was small (it was after all a single) the lighting was good, there was a desk provided to work and it was warm. There was also a good wet room...

Went here before Christmas for a break away with my mother. Probably best described as B&B. It is a family run place and the couple at the desk were super helpful (we were asking tonnes of questions) transport from the airport was easy. It is 3minute walk from pancras international station! It was a great location, not much going on...

We only stayed here for a night as we wanted a stopover near the Eurostar. You couldn't get a better location as it is literally a 2min walk. Unfortunately that also means the noise from the trains and the underground is deafening. We were in the ground floor and could hear distant rumbling most of the night. The room was...

Stayed here for 1 night for a work trip as it was a stone throw from St Pancras for the Eurostar. To say my single room was small is an understatement! The ensuite made a caravan bathroom look like a master suite! I was unfortunately at the front of the hotel and you do hear a lot of noise from...

Room a little on the small side for 3 of us but otherwise nice and clean and surprisingly quiet at night considering the location. Staff very friendly and great English breakfast will defiantly be staying again

I was a bit nervous about staying in London alone as I was arriving at the station late at night but this hotel was right next to the station and made me feel very safe. Staff were all nice, especially staff doing breakfast. Breakfast was nice. Room comfy, had the single ensuite and shower was good. All clean and the...

As per my title, the room is too small. The bed took up most of the space, there's hardly any leg room, and the toilet is again way too small. Reception guy helped me carry my bag to the room, which is a bonus point. Breakfast was mediocre, it might be better if they provided smaller tables for 2 or...

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I had a ground floor annex room. The window was wide open when I got there, that was probably to deal with the smell of damp that was evident when I returned for the second night having left it closed during the day. Nicely decorated clean room with a comfortable bed. Shared toilet and shower...

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum.
