My family and I stayed at this hotel from May 5-16 and our overall experience was great. Rooms are spacious with modern feel and the staff are amazing. One member of the staff that I would like to recognize is Aziz whom we met almost everyday during breakfast. He went out his way to make sure that we were well taken care of and greeted us every morning with a smile.
I was in London, for a friend’s work leaving party, I was looking for a new Hilton to try and this is the hotel I decided upon. I had booked a standard King Room on Hilton Points, but before arrival was upgraded to a King Junior Suite, which even included a Peloton Bike. The hotel location is great for the city of london, but you can easily reach other transport hubs. On arrival the Lobby is modern and has a very “youthful” feel. The lifts were quick, the hotel hallways are again modern with wall art dotted around. The King Junior Suite, was well appointed and the bed was super comfy. There was a peloton bike in the room which was a great edition especially if your visiting for sometime and want to do some fitness. The room is beautifully decorated with art and it made you feel at home. The bathroom again was modern with a white and black colour scheme. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was resolved on check-out. I would stay again!…
The perfect place to stay. Was going to conference at EXCEL. Knew I didn’t want to stay out east, and staying in London City was Perfect area. Hotel across street from circle line which takes you to Kensington etc and very close to Dlr line which gets you out to excel convention center. Staff were so nice. Accommodating to the extreme. Rooms much bigger than average euro hotel room. All the conveniences. Walking distance to Equinox Bishopsgate which was a plus. Despite being in a FIDI type area lots of good restaurants and things to do walking. Close to shore ditch area which was also quite nice! Delivered fresh fruit, all amenities top tier. 10/10 reccomend!!
I decided to book this hotel for a romantic weekend away with my partner to celebrate Valentine's Day. I made this booking through the Hilton website and joined the Hilton members (free of charge) and the discounts and complimentary add ons were a dream. This is possibly the best hotel experience I've ever had; the staff were extremely welcoming and very friendly and we were delighted to find out that our room had been upgraded and we were grieved late check out due to being Hilton members. Once we reached our room we were met with a bottle of Prosecco and some sweet treats. The room itself was beautiful, very big and the bed was comfortable - both myself and my partner slept well and there was absolutely no disturbance. The bathroom was pleasant and the shower had decent power. After dinner, we decided to have a couple of beverages in the bar and the staff were again friendly, polite and accommodating. There's a great variety of choice. Leading up to checkout in the next morning, we decided to order some room service for breakfast, again there's was a great selection of food and once the food or were given some pastry's free of charge due to being Hilton members! Hilton seems to really take of their customers and I am still overwhelmed by the amazing experience I had here. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again in the near future and would recommend to anyone and everyone to experience this. Thank you to the lovely staff!…
In return for my payment the hotel supplied me with a clean room, a super comfy bed, a quiet two nights sleep, a nespresso, luxury products, a large shower from which a lot of water came at a temp that I set. Why do other hotels find this to be so hard?
I stayed at Canopy last weekend a new hotel in the heart of London City and close to Spitalfields and London Bridge in the other direction. On arrival I had checked in after choosing what I thought would be a room with a great view which turned out to be a bit dark and depressing whilst facing a building site I called down to reception and within 5 minutes Tim had re assigned me to a higher floor room with a cracking view of London City, throughout my stay he was equally impressive when I needed anything else. Special thanks to Laslo & Sushil who also sorted me out with some fresh milk late at night, thank you. The hotel isn't fully functional as yet the rooftop bar is yet to open which was a shame. I did eat in the café bar once the beer was surprisingly reasonable the hummus looked amazing but was unfortunately very bland, definitely needed seasoning and garlic! Breakfast buffet was of a very high quality and the service was impeccable the team really do make this hotel what it is right now. Room extremely modern with little artefacts on display, hot shower, very comfy bed I would definitely return once the rooftop bar has opened. Thanks for a great weekend.…
After 3 nights in the CoventGarden insanely jammed area, we moved to the Canopy by Hilton London City. New hotel opened summer 2021. Immaculate and cool. The surrounding area is quiet but 100 feet to Aldgate tube, bus area in front, and an 11 min walk to the Tower and Tower Pier boat docks. Delightful quiet after the insanity of jammed Soho and Trafalgar. The staff are all incredibly friendly, seem to be happy to be working here. Tim at check in was so helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to Junior suite 7th floor, spacious, incredibly bright with lots of large windows and excellent completely blackout shades. Room has mini fridge, coffee/tea set, nice rain shower in bath. Really comfortable beds, sheets and large bath sheet sized towels- something uncommon in hotels! We loved plenty of charging spots, also a unique lightswitch set up at your headboard to conveniently switch on a low light-in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Thoughtful design! Housekeeping is consistently spot on. Nothing lacking here! The restaurant is great for breakfast- well staffed with efficient bustling employees.! The full bar area is hopping, always seemed busy with folks enjoying the nicely set up bar area, large with lots of couches and cafe tables, and booths. The bartenders are DELIGHTFUL, with a manager who is personable and welcoming. Its an unusually fun area to hang out for a late night drink. I trust when their Rooftop opens it will be equally fun. Overall, hip design, great location and efficient friendly staff.…
Such a lovely hotel. So new and clean. Great location.. The room was very chic and equipped with everything you could need (iron, fridge, robe slippers etc) The bed was also extremely comfy. Highly recommend staying here. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
The room was a good size. Nice desk and seating. Bed was comfortable. Good mini fridge and coffee maker. The staff were very responsive to our requests and friendly. Shower and bath room were good. Very new hotel with hipster styling. Some of the wall paper in hallway was coming down. You couldn't open the windows or draw the curtains all the way open. We really did not like the area. A bit seedy and empty. The galleries we wanted to go to were not close. Not a lot of great restaurants. Wouldn't recommend for tourists unless you get a really good rate.
Absolutely top notch for a family trip! The breakfast buffet was a wonderful spread with variety of food and juices, great service all around, chic decore, lovely light filled rooms with nespresso maker, water filter stations on every floor to refill the glass pitchers they provide or your own environment friendly bottle, one block from Aldgate tube station made it extremely convenient and we could also easily walk to Liverpool station. The lobby area was spacious with a nice bar. Every staff member was friendly and attentive - we loved our stay!
