From arrival to departure, I was very well looked after. Room service was excellent and the team made the best of the travel restrictions in place. The breakfast provided in the room was good and I can't wait for the full breakfast service to resume!

Hotel's Favourite
This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at this property. The first being in August 2020. For our anniversary and to recognize our loyalty Alejandro was kind enough to upgrade us to a Deluxe 1 Bedroom Suite. Alejandro was amazing throughout our stay and wished us a happy anniversary every time he saw us, and also called up to the room to check on us to make sure we were happy with everything. Alejandro even remembered us from our previous stay - he truly made our stay memorable and enjoyable. The room itself was amazing and everything felt clean and safe. The new Covid-19 measures that Conrad took made the trip feel safe and almost normal. With the suite came Executive Lounge privileges, with breakfast served in the restaurant and evening cocktails & canapés in a lounge on the ground floor. Both the food and the drinks were amazing and our only regret was not having enough time to spend at the evening cocktails & canapés as we had dinner reservations already. The hotel itself is very centrally located, just minutes walking from St James Park. We chose the hotel for its location and its great service. We will definitely be back for another staycation in the near future.

Thank you very much for this amazing review! Nothing makes me happier than to read such kind words, especially from a returning guest. Your loyalty to us pays tribute to my team’s performance, and I could not feel more proud. I am also very happy to read that we made you feel safe, during these COVID-19 times, and that both your anniversary stay in August and this Staycation were a success and truly Special Occasions. Thank you! Kind Regards, B

Hotel room was cool, quiet, and peaceful. Very clean and neat. No executive lounge despite being told prior to my booking the executive lounge was open😢. The ladies at the front desk were wonder and very helpful at trying to find a place open for take out. Sad times.

Great location, 2 mins walk from tubes and shopping. Room was a beautiful suite. Nice decor, comfortable bed. Extremely clean. Had a refrigerator in. Furnishings getting slightly worn out but still lovely. I felt the room was definitely a great room for business trips and also for families. One criticism was there was no dressing table with a mirror to dry hair, straighten hair, put makeup on, which was really awkward to do, had to move furniture over to the mirror and put hairdryer, straighteners on the floor, so it felt like the room was aimed mostly towards men. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly! The food in the restaurant was delicious. Although I felt like the decor in the restaurant didn’t quite match the elegance of the rest of the hotel. The breakfast delivered to the room was not great quality, especially for the price. Guests lounge was beautiful and served drinks and delicious canapés. All in all a lovely hotel and I would recommend!
