This hotel is tucked away near Bank, but is ideally positioned for both Business and Leisure stays. The really exceptional thing for our visit was the excellent staff, they were both friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be staying again.

There are about 6 steps up to the lobby at the entrance, with a wheelchair lift. This area is not covered over so it would be awkward in rain or snow. I am guessing that you could access all rooms via the lift (which does... More

Wife borrowed a hairdryer from reception on checkin no problems. Best to take a small pot of shower gel and shampoo as in room may not be to your liking although I used and was ok
