Driving to London is something we rarely do, but we were moving someone and had a van so parking was priority this time. This place has great parking facilities.

You can get the Heathrow express to the central London station (cant remember which one it is) and connect by tube (subway) to Finchley Road station or vice versa, if you are fit. Or you could get the tube all the way to the centre and change to the Jubilee Line for Finchley Road tube station or vice versa. It is definitely worth getting an Oyster card for public transport as it will make travel a bit cheaper. Depends how long you will be in London for. It might be harder if you have bags and are older/disabled and you might need a taxi for the end bits. Buses also go very nearby along Finchley Road.
