Stayed at this hotel two nights, walls paper thin, had a couple arguing and shouting at the top of their voices at 2am Friday evening which was unpleasant. Incredibly hot, no fan not air con and due to the high level of noise, window could...More
Our first reaction was silence when we parked the car. No noise at all. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Receptionists were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good. Lots to do & see in the vicinity.
Stayed at this hotel for a week while visiting London. Excellent location. Plenty of food options nearby. I recommend visit Fiddies Italian Kitchen while there. The hotel was a little far from the tourist stuff, but the Underground (subway) was a short walk and a...More

You can get the Heathrow express to the central London station (cant remember which one it is) and connect by tube (subway) to Finchley Road station or vice versa, if you are fit. Or you could get the tube all the way to the centre and change to the Jubilee Line for Finchley Road tube station or vice versa. It is definitely worth getting an Oyster card for public transport as it will make travel a bit cheaper. Depends how long you will be in London for. It might be harder if you have bags and are older/disabled and you might need a taxi for the end bits. Buses also go very nearby along Finchley Road.
