Hello all, My partner and I found this hotel through booking.com. The room was awful just like the reviews say. We had room 19, up ten flights of dodgy, non regulations stairs. The room was dirty. Window wouldn't shut. No remote for the TV. No hot water (if you can even get the shower on). Only a half loo roll...

We stayed in for 6 terrible nights! I've backpacked sometimes, but had never gone through such experience. The rooms are terribly dirty, the drapes haven't been washed for some years (they're even kinda black), the mattress was old and we didn't sleep well. Our shower didn't work at any time (even after having asked them for 3 times to have...

I am not a person easy to complain, however in this case it is hard to remain silenced! No heating inside the hotel (5-7°C outside) and rooms with broken windows! ! That was all offered for 65£ (discounted price from booking.com)! I've stayed in 2 or 3* Hotels... but never saw something like that. After 30 minutes being in the...

I visited this hotel on Tuesday April 25th and checked out on the 28th. After reading reviews on here, I was nervous. I had visions of a room with a door that wouldn't lock, no hot water and a funny smell in the room. Well the last fear was realised. So I sprayed some deodrant and it helped the drain...

Partner and I stayed for two nights. Once we reached our room on the top floor having somehow made it up the seven flights of stairs we thought it was okay, just a simple bedroom with en suite as expected. Bed was comfy enough, wifi worked fine and tv had sufficient channels to watch when settling in for the night....

No heating, no wifi, no hot water, dirty. Breakfast served from 8h. Please do not go in this hotel. Just awful. Too expensive for what you get. I haven't been to such a place for a very long time. This is unacceptable

The room: + nice and clean - very small, the windows are broken, and the air comes in to the room. The windows can't open. Breakfast: - basically the breakfast is cornflakes, toast, jam and butter. - not very good. Service: - They messed up our reservation so we had to change room after our first night. The hotel: +Central,...

All in all had a pretty horrific experience, they have about 10 sets of stairs with no lift. The receptionist has a severe attitude problem, don't really know who he thinks he is but needs to bare in mind he runs a 2 star establishment so if he continues to speak to the guests the way he does I'm sure...

I did email using your online contact form but have had no reply as yet. I did mention that I would be sending in another separate email as I had two colleagues staying in your hotel who both were very dissatisfied with the facilities. So to avoid any confusion when you are addressing my comments I have combined both complaints...

Booked and paid for this hotel through last minute.com before researching and was dismayed after reading reviews here. Was dreading stay which was for theatre for my 40th birthday. I'm so happy that upon arrival was very pleasantly surprised. Location brilliant, spotlessly clean, fantastic shower, tv, wifi, for £74 inc breakfast in central London what more do you want?? Staff...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
