Good location. Friendly, relaxed staff. Good breakfast. Clean modern rooms. The church gives a nice feeling to the visit with morning prayers. And you must check the Yurt Café in their community garden.

Superb in every way, location, breakfast, welcome, accommodation. Our visit could not have been bettered, its a Haven in the midst of busy London life. The area is on the up, good access to DLR nice pubs close to city or Canary Wharf.

Enjoyed my one night stay here very much. Warm and attentive welcome, quiet place, very clean room with garden view. It has the atmosphere of a monastery with places to sit quietly, no shouting posters, no TV-set in the room, etc. If you prepare yourself for this, you will enjoy this experience. I wish there would be more hotels like...

I got a very good price in comparison to other accommodations in London. I knew the room was small and among those that did not have a view. But I was only staying overnight, so this is a good deal. What I didn't count on was being near an apartment with someone doing laundry at 2am. There was also a...

A gem in the city, lovely quiet surroundings and friendly staff. A good place for work meetings and away days. Good food also. Very close to the dlr and Canary Wharf. Has parking available and is also a hotel.

So pleased to have found this charming hotel. Conveniently situated 2 mins from Limehouse DLR, so well connected to the city and central London. Most rooms face inwards to the green & tranquil garden. I can recommend for a safe, stress free stay. Staff were welcoming, continental breakfast had loads of choice and everywhere including my room was spotless. Comfortable,...

After a long day in London arriving at this hotel is a relief. It's really peaceful and fairly quiet by London standards. The hotel has character with a more personal feel to it than the big chain hotels. The room I stayed in looked over a beautiful garden. It contained all the essentials, apart from a iron and ironing board,...

Not that many places truly exist about which you honestly say here I want to came back, and even fewer in eastern London, a special place to stay. Founded in 1147 as a (what else as a Christian) hospice for the poor (not in this post war building) It's today a rather non denominational place to stay where as well...

We stayed one night in Flat 3, and it is basic, no frills, budget friendly accommodation that somehow managed to make a busy, frazzled parent feel recharged. The immediate neighborhood is a little dingy, but that didn't detract from the charm of this place: when you're in the courtyard there are no high buildings in sight, it is quiet and...
