It's my first business trip to London and the warm reception of the staff at hotel is very impressive. They are very helpful, kind and pleasant people especially Meliha at receipting who was of a great support during my stay. Eirini was also of great help and too pleasant person to deal with. This is a really lovely hotel in the heart of London. Rooms are surprisingly big and luxurious for a London hotel. Having a massive queen size bed for a night away was fantastic! Situated next to Victoria station travel to/from is a big bonus. Service has been great. We have really enjoyed staying here and will do so again.

The hotel is very close to the Victoria Underground station, which makes it convenient. Its a nice hotel, that has been kept up nicely. The bathroom door has an auto-closing mechanism that is annoying. But otherwise, much to complain about at this property.

Beautiful historic hotel; luxurious, HUGE rooms. Everything about this facility was top-knotch. I am planning on another vacation next year, and I can guarantee I will be staying here. It is located such that I was able to create a walk of my own and saw Trafalgar Square, National Art Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, St. James Park, Piccadilly, Bond Street,...

stayed for one night in one of the discounted suites. Was very impressed with the service on arrival - always a priority as it shows the value they place on guests. We could have had our luggage taken to our room but we declined. We had use of the executive lounge where there was plenty of delicious food/drinks and where...

Brilliant time in beautiful surroundings. My main concerns were what to wear and would it be too posh. I needn't have worried it was smart casual so smart jeans were fine or as dressed up as you wanted to be. Lovely room, some fabulous chairs. service was really good everything was excellently explained. The food was lovely mixture of sandwiches...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
