To be fair this was booked on price as I knew I needed a central hotel for just a few hours sleep en route to a meeting after landing at Heathrow. It's cheap. The breakfast is plentiful but cheap. The rooms are clean but cheap. For the price it's fine, it filled my short term need for a bed for...

Visited recently with a large group. Everything was very basic but just about served its purpose. Rooms were at best 'adequate' and not well cleaned before use or during, breakfast was minimal unless you wanted to pay even more than we were already paying - good location for seeing the sights but I will not be rushing back. Very, very...

This is a very basic hotel. The bathroom fan did not work and there was a lot of mould. Although we reported it, it was not fixed and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. It's one saving grace is its central location and the 3 minute walk to the nearest Tube Station.

Stayed here with group for wembley. Check in was a bit of wait but it was very busy. You get two key cards which is handy .the room was very clean with tea facilities. Also a spacious cupboard and side cabinets. Shower was over bath and water was hot. Breakfast was toast fruit and cereal or you can pay for...

Get what you pay for, basically a bit like Delboys front room, coincidentally, Saturday evening my mate dropped outside the lift like a tree, please find the footage and share it. The baggage attendant was very rude, needs a smile or a slap, very cheeky.

We stayed one night and found it a very basic 2/3* quality hotel. The lady who checked us in was very nice but one was very rude when asked about the breakfast room..... really not a nice young lady. When we checked out we dealt with a lovely young lady who represented the hotel as it should be done. Rooms...

I wouldn't stay here if you're not part of a large group. There were many groups of preteen kids from other countries staying here who were very inconsiderate (as preteen usually are, to be fair)- running up and down the halls and knocking on doors at night, bumping into you and not apologizing, shouting, etc. "Continental" breakfast is all sad...

This hotel is so bad I have registered specially to leave a review. Disgustingly dirty rooms, mould growing on the cielling next to the overhead tap that was hung in the place of the shower. So disgusting i refused to stay in the first room.. second room only marginally better with outdated decor in the 'prison chic' style. Slept on...

Hotel is good value for London! 5 min walk from Russell Square station which is super helpful and about 15 min walk from Oxford St. It's super basic accom but nice and comfortable enough for sleeping and showering, you won't be spending much time in your room anyways. There is two sides of the hotel and a big open area...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
