Booked on line and requested early check in. Arrived at 7.30am and said they had no record of any request !, but manager would be with us in 15 mins. Saw manager at 9am ! Who advised that company policy was check in at 3 pm as per their website. No empathy at all. We said we would do some...

Sorry for your less than perfect start to your stay with us, we do not guarantee early check-in due to being fully booked the night before, and during this festive period many guests don't check out until 11am. We did manage to get your room turned around in a quick fashion, still taking care to make sure the room was...

Stayed here due to its proximity to my daughter in Ealing. Loved the look of the hotel from outside and the room itself was superb. Lovely comfortable bed, quiet even though facing the street, good bathroom with good pressure shower and quality toiletries. Good value as well, esp for London and convenient being only 1 minute from the station.

I was at this establishment recently with friends when we found an issue with a beverage that my friend was enjoying until we found an issue with it. My friend was reluctant to approach the staff for the fear of being rejected. I however, decided to speak to someone about it. And as expected, the staff member was very professional...

Nice boutique hotel, located in quiet residential area, but quite far from central london, especially if you need to travel back and forth to central london. Tube station is a bit far. Staff was helpfull and friendly.

We stayed here as I used to be a regular just living the road behind. Would have been nice to get a better welcome & perhaps a better room seeing as I knew the place! Housekeeping also walked in on us without knocking before check out time. This was not acceptable & I should have been offered to speak to...

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the Lavender suite on bonfire night and it has got to be one of the best hotels i've stayed in especially for the price. We had a roll top bath in the room and the room costed around £130 which is excellent for London. I would definitely recommend!

Good hotel with some improvements to make. It's a little far from the central London but well connected as the train station is not even a minute walk away. Rooms are small but cozy. Could use more lights and vent in the bathroom. Shower did or maintain a constant temperature of the water. The hotel was clean

Stayed for 2 nights when cutting back through London. Arrived late and had to go to bar to find someone to check in. I clearly had very heavy bags and was struggling with them. I was almost toppling over. No offer of help or anything like that. I had to do multi stops from the lift to the first door,...

I'm very sorry to hear about your less than perfect stay, we are currently having the heating fixed across the whole hotel, but if you were cold, you just need to call reception to ask for a heater to be placed in the room. If you would like to discuss this matter further please feel free to contact the hotel...
