We were staying 2 nights and had gone to a lot of trouble in advance, including 3 phone calls with the hotel to confirm we could have a King Size bed, not a double bed. On arrival to our room we were therefore very disappointed to see our double bed! I called down to the front desk who insisted it...

Close to the sights, theatres and museums. Room was quiet and relaxing. Not too expensive. We both enjoyed the continental breakfast. The room was a decent size for a weekend break (we were upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise). If staying for a week or two the room may seem small for some. The staff were pleasant, friendly & helpful....

We all know that London is one of the world's most expensive cities, and nobody expects hotels to be convenient. However, the standard of this structure is really low compared, say, with similar establishments in Berlin or Paris. The rooms are clean but tiny, often without natural light, and the furniture is visibly past its prime. On the positive side,...

We have stayed in the area several times before but never at the Grange White Hall...how I wish we had. Much nicer room, more pleasant staff and a great breakfast all at much better value! All-in-all, a very nice hotel at a great price. Will definitely be back.

1st time staying in this area and how nice it was. Picked this hotel as it was close to the theatre and it was a special birthday. Check in was good and we had a lovely warm room with king size bed . Room clean and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold food plenty of choice...

The room was a Superior double, with all you would expect, desk, wardrobe, bath, shower, tea/coffee facilities. The bed mattress wasn't to our liking as too soft but others may like it. The bar area is small downstairs. The complimentary continental breakfast as a buffet and had a good selection. Great local and clean and quiet which was a nice...

We stayed for one night at the end of December to do some shopping in the January sales. It was a last minute booking and we were a bit desperate! The photos and most of the reviews didn't look too bad though so thought we would give it a go.. On the plus side the hotel is in a nice...

Myself and my daughter regularly travel to London and see a show - love this location, our favourite as you can easily walk from the train station and then down to theatre land. Found a deal with this hotel and couldn't have been more pleased - lovely sized room - only drawback was some noise at night overlooking the gardens...

We stayed here last weekend for 2 nights in 2 rooms (4 people). We think the hotel offers good value for money. Location is good, it's around the corner of the British Museum. Rooms look nice. I'd ask for a room on the garden side because the street side can be very noisy (which it was our first night, the...

Pleasant surprise to get an upgrade and what a lovely room. High ceilings and full length windows. Quiet location and good views from my first floor window. Beautifully appointed room with only the very small bathroom as a negative. However, it was still a well appointed bathroom that was well maintained My first visit here but I'll be back.
