This hotel is in a great location, very central and easily accessed by tube and several bus routes. Walking distance to main museum area also and of course Hyde Park. The staff were fantastic, so polite and friendly and very helpful about the buses a we visited during a 24hr tube strike. Breakfast is pretty basic but has all of...

Stayed here for one night just before Christmas. Our room was in the basement, and very small, hardly enough room to walk around the bed! It was also cold, and the directions on the heater/convector were smashed/unreadable. I wasnt able to get warm air through until i pressed every button, and that was in the morning! I had a shower, came out,and the room was...

This hotel is in a great location. Close to 2 underground stations, District Line and Central Line will get you to many sights. The staff was outstanding, especially Michael who provided us help any time we needed it. Here's the downside. The standard rooms are very small. You can only walk down one side of the bed. Now if you...

Really happy with our 1 night stay here. We had a small double room which was very small but it had everything we needed. Bed was fine, bathroom was small but fine. Everything was clean. Reception staff was great. For £50 a night in London this was amazing. So if like us your after a no frills clean place to...

We have stayed inn many Comfort Inns in America and Uk and this one is well below par. Our room on the lower ground floor was damp, noisy ( sounded like a tube train passing over), cramped (vert little room at end of bed to get round, I scraped my leg), Breakfast was basic but adequate. The room was not...

My stay at the comfort in was ok but nothing special. At arrival we had a lovely warm welcome from hotel staff so can't fault them for being polite. The cleanliness like the surfaces were all clean and no dirt to be seen, it was lovely having clean towels and fresh made bed every morning so that was a plus....

Having read other reviews we knew the room would probably be small, having booked the hotel whilst we visited winter wonderland this wasn't an issue for us. On arrival we had a warm welcome at reception and found our room was on the ground floor at Street level in the front. The room was small But had everything we needed...

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a few days so that we could go sightseeing in London. The value of this hotel is not bad considering how dramatically overpriced London is. We were given a small room for a family of four, and we could not fit all of our bags. The kind front desk agent thankfully...

A one night stay. Small room but adequate and very clean. It was good value for money with breakfast and WiFi included. Excellent location being very close to tube station and bus stops. However room was very hot and small dining room.
