The breakfast was very good, the staff handling this, did a splendid job. The room was very small, located just behind reception, very little space around the bed. The pillows was not comfortable, big and hard. The handle on the water valve was falling off, the floor made incredibly much noise, walking on it.

Dear Jan, Thank you for your feedback - it is greatly appreciated. May I please ask whether you mentioned any of these faults to reception during your stay? If not, might I politely suggest you do so in the future; I imagine that all businesses would agree that we would all happily sort out any inconveniences then and there to...

This is a cute little hotel, close to Notting Hill and in a good area. Staff were friendly and helpful...24 hours service. It's close to the underground and bus routes anda gentle stroll to Hyde Park. Well located.

We were 5 people there for 3 days. The triple room was really tiny and the three beds were attached each other, no room to access theme unless you jump over the others. There is no AC, and the fan in the ceiling wasn't working The double room was very small and the bed was touching the wall in one...

Very clean and tidy hotel. I was away with work when I stayed at this hotel, however my only concern was the single bed was not the most comfortable and the room was in the basement. In saying that though the room was immaculate, lovely bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast on the morning was continental but more than acceptable!...

I regularly have to stay in London overnight for work purposes and of all the hotels I have used this was the cheapest and the best. The room size was adequate, the bathroom was excellent and the continental breakfast was very well prepared. If the price is right I'll be back again!

Just stayed at The New Linden for a few days with my girlfriend. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lady on reception who gave us probably the best check in experience I've ever had in London. Staying in Notting Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
