The London Marriott Maida Vale is very nice. However, you should be aware that it isn’t actually in Maida Vale. It may ‘technically’ be in Maida Vale (which is a very nice part of London), but in reality, the hotel is in Kilburn, which is as far from ‘nice’ as can be. It’s been

First family trip to London; stayed here on points for five nights. Suite was confirmed a couple of days before (used SNAs to upgrade). Complimentary breakfast was served in the executive lounge (on the 7th floor; small though) with the usual stuff. There is full breakfast

Perfect place to stay out of the city centre, but within easy access to the usual transport systems to get you where you want to be. Great area to take a walk and get a coffee or a beer, feels safe and clean.

In good position close to 2 tube station: Maida Vale and Kilburn. Is at the beginning of Kilburn Hight Street with several shops and markets. Very close to little Venice too and not too far from London Central. We reached Kensignton Park easily and quickly. The hotel is nothing

My husband and I just completed a very good 7-night stay at Marriott Maida Vale. While we had some issues, in general, the hotel worked really well for us. I checked in via the Marriott app 2 days in advance, letting them know we wouldn't be arriving until late in the evening. I

I found Uber to be cheaper. 43 pounds during non rush hour though, so check your time. The H. Express is faster into London, but you have to catch a cab from the train station to Maida Vale. So H Express ticket is 25 pounds per person and a $7pound can ride.

Hi, very quite. The thermostat isn’t an issue. It’s centrally located & has double, heavy Blinds so no light can come in if fully closed. Enjoy! You’ll love it!

I liked the breakfast. Scramble eggs, real bacon almost like slices of ham, sausages, and sweet pinto beans. Nice bread display, croissants, cheeses, yogurts, fruits. Juices etc.. No lunch. But hot dinner..Indian food which is a must in London. Also Becks and wine. All free. I'd give this lounge a B rating. Service is very very good!! The staff here is great. A++If you want a really impressive lounge then stay at the Marriott Park lane which is my favorite lounge in all of Europe. But prepare to pay $$. As I said in my reviews, Maida Vale offers good value for London.

I wouldn't bother with Heathrow express, too expensive, catch tfl rail or the tube, problem is at paddington there are no elevators from the mainline platforms to the tube so if you have bags you'll have to climb down many many stairs
