We got a room here as part of the Secret Hotels on booking.com It was £96 for one bedroom for one night in a 5* hotel near the theatre we were going to that night. Me and my partner both live in london and fancied a treat for the night an sold on the premise of a luxurious 5* hotel...

Nothing wrong with the hotel, just a bit Tired and dated. I have stayed in much better 4 star hotels. I thought maybe the spa/pool/gym would be amazing but even that was very basic. We managed to get a good deal on the room so until you get a discounted room I wouldn't pay full price.

Perfect location to stay for my birthday weekend with my husband. Room was a nice size and had good views of London. Two minutes walk from Holborn station. Walked to Dean street via Tottenham court road easily. Swimming Pool, steam and sauna room decent. Friendly staff and a lovely complimentary birthday treat for me too :) Didn't have breakfast there...

I stay here on business many times a year. I have reviewed the hotel before - however wanted to do so again because the customer service is so good now. The staff are helpful, service is quick and the bar and Japanese restaurant are both very nice. The gym is small but the underground green pool is lovely and relaxing...

I booked this hotel as part of a show and hotel package for my wife's 40th birthday. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I contacted customer services at the hotel to inform them of the reason for my visit and they kindly offered me an upgrade to a superior room on the 9th floor (great views and lots of...

We stayed here over the bank holiday as a couple. The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from Holborn tube station, and 10-15 minutes walk from Covent Garden / Leicester Square in a safe, lovely area. This makes it the ideal location for catching a show on the west end, walking into Oxford Street for shopping or even just hopping...

Great little hotel, close to Euston station ,the tube and theatre. 4 of us stayedd here and really enjoyed it, good size room ,the staff were very helpful, and the food was excellent. The breakfast in particular was exceptional. One drawback ,I did not see any disabled access, not that we needed any , just a comment for others thinking...
