I booked a single room the day before I travelled. It is close to kings cross station and on a street with nice pubs. My allocated room was a tiny box on the ground floor right behind the small reception hub and window onto the street. I asked if they had anything else and so upgraded to a double at...

Extremely small budget hotel. No problem with that because that's what we were looking for. What we didn't want was a room that was dirty (bathroom was full of hairs on floor, sink, and shower), a room with no safe, and hotel rules that state you have to leave your room key with the front desk every time you leave...

Let's start with the positives. The location is very good. It's within a 10- to 15-minute walk of King's Cross and St. Pancras train stations, and an easy walk to either the Kings Cross or Russell Square tube stations. Lots of good restaurants and bars just steps from the front door. There's also a laundromat a few doors down, a...

I booked into this hotel for 2 nights whilst on business. The one positive is that the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 2 which was extremely small to the point of feeling claustrophobic - nowhere to hang clothes as there just wasn't any room to put anything. However this looked clean enough and...

Took a chance on this hotel with mixed reviews as was staying in London for near by work business. I was so impressed for £55 per night staff were very friendly and most helpful and the room was comfortable. I had room 7 which was a double and although compact it had everything you could need. I was so glad...

The room was small but for our overnight stay was fine. The indifferent reception we received on arrival was better later. The curtains in our room were hanging off and despite reporting it it was not rectified. The dripping tap......

Mu husband and I had an awesome stay at Leigh house hotel. My husband was actually staying for the 2nd time there, including a previous business trip. Though the rooms are small, the staff & location make up for it by miles. You are bang in middle of the city with Russell Sq underground on one side and the bus...

Stayed 1 night (Wed 13th Jul) for business. Great location and easy to find. Facilities are what i would say 'exactly what it says on the tin'. Don't expect luxury, it's good value for money, clean & tidy and the breakfast (included) was very good. On the downside, appreciating is central London, lots of guest noise and the basement room...

Stayed here for one night last week, at a cost of 3130 when the Premier Inn wanted about £200 I wasn't expecting too much, hence the pleasant surprise. The rooms are rather small as expected but it was clean, a comfy bed and everything worked. Shower was excellent. And the second surprise was a good coked breakfast served at your...
