Booed a room in advance for two nights. On arrival, was shown a very small room. The man on reception then said that he could show us a bigger room. On inspection of a larger room, he said that it would only cost an extra £30 per night. So we agreed. The facilities in the room were disappointing - a...

Just around the corner from Victoria station and underground, yet tranquil location on the beautiful Eccleston Square. Small round but beautifully done. Very hi-tec with massaging beds, big 3D TVs, in room iPad and phone and much more. All staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Modern hotel, perfect for tech-savvy guests, very friendly staff who accommodated every wish and were always available. Perfect location near Victoria, very quiet at night and with access to a private park. Would recommend to anyone staying in London. Many thanks to Emanuela, Manuel and Nuno, you made my stay even nicer! See you soon!

Stayed with my wife for 2 nights. I'll start with the positives: the location is good, not amazing but good enough, close to Victoria Coach station and most tourist attractions were accessible. My favourite feauture of the room was the rain shower head, lovely addition however it still leaked through a gap in the shower door. Nice touch with the...

I arrived April 30th for eight nights for a vacation in London. The hotel is very high tech. I found the room comfortable and the staff very attentive and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of Victoria coach station and the Golden tours office where my tours picked up. The hotel provided an I pad and cell phone that...

Was fortunate enough to have the bigger room at basement, otherwise the room is rather small but very well equipped - free phone, huge TV screen, 3 different types of shower head and so on. Every staffs that I have met were very friendly and helpful, Nuno and Zofia in particular has made breakfast every morning very pleasant.

I'm a frequent guest and everything is as it should be: helpful and friendly staff, clean, you can open the window, quiet rooms, esp. those facing the backyard and the perfect location. The only issue for me was the accessibility to wifi because of constant alerts at my end about insecurity which I couldn't fix.

We chose to stay at Eccleston square hotel for two reasons:its location and its stars: bingo to both! You can reach easily everywhere being just few minutes away from Victoria station which is so populated and crowded. But once you get close to the hotel area everything is so quiet and classy. So have two in one! The welcoming is...

Hotelrooms in London are not huge, unfortunately. This hotel is no exception. The thing is that Eccleston Square don't advertise that they have huge rooms. They sell quality instead. If you prefer tranquility, class and excellent sleeping comfort. This is the place for you. One off the perks of staying here is that you stay in the center off London,...

I stayed a night in this hotel and was given an upgraded room on the ground floor. The hotel is so high tech that it took the receptionist 10 minutes to explain all the buttons. Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
