Stayed for two nights. Warm welcome efficient check in. Room was very clean. Bed comfy. Very good place to stay as close to many restaurants and a easy walk to Ealing Broadway tube station. It's quiet at night so a good place to retreat to after a busy day in London. I keep returning here as it is also very...

Overall very good value for money. Rooms fine, service good. Our only issue was the breakfast which was poor. We did arrive at the end of service (15mins left) but found that there was hardly anything left. The waitress did say she could go and cook more but that would mean waiting longer- partly our fault I guess!!

We are sorry to learn of your experience and in such instances we would kindly suggest to let our bar cafe staff know. The team would then resolve this for you with the kitchen team and offer a resolution to improve the service offered. We booked a 3 nights stay at this hotel for a short trip to London. Location is good (lots of restaurant options nearby) but far from the city center. However it's quite well communicated, you can get there in 40 minutes. Staff was very friendly and kept our luggage for a few hours both the first and the last day....

Well maintained quiet hotel with pleasant staff. Was able to leave the car there (blue badge holder) whilst visiting London. Lovely breakfast, good quality and something for everyone. Within easy reach of Ealing Broadway underground station where the district line goes straight into Westminster. Slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, found several long hairs around the room and...

Many thanks to the hotel staff who were courteous and helpful to my disabled father. He booked a standard room without realising there were other options. They transferred him to a disabled room without fuss, plenty of space and good bathing facilities.

Fantastic hotel, but the antics of some guests is stomach-churning. Good points: Service, freshness, modern, clean inside, decent breakfast. Bad points: Previous guest smoking in the rooms; smoking out of the windows; throwing contraceptives out of the window.

Stayed here for 2 nights, room very comfortable and well presented. Most of all, the staff are so friendly and helpful nothing seems too much bother for them. would recommend the location as the shopping centre is great and the tube is about a 10min walk away. Overall an excellent stay and breakfast is plentiful.

Friendly staff and excellent service from The manager whom was very attentive. The room was clean, and in the morning breakfast is very generous. Great access to the tube station and the surrounding shops are very nice with cute coffee shops .

Quick, efficient check in by friendly staff. Room was well presented with desk, TV, tea/coffee making. Air conditioned, easily adjustable for the temperature required. Double glazed, so little external noise heard and a good night's sleep was had. Comfortable bed, fairly small bathroom with shower, soap dispensers and towels supplied. Breakfast was better than many Travelodges I have stayed in,...
