Used to drink in the Fox & Grapes back in Analog. A really good pub then so entered with some nostalgic anticipation and, of course, was doomed to disappointment. The new incarnation is not bad - in fact pretty good. Farrow & Balled into a tasteful, opened-up, gastropub - one which we may well revisit for food. Sat rather disconsolately...

I came across this pub while exploring the Wimbledon & Putney Heath. I stopped for lunch, which was excellent, and a glass of cask conditioned ale, which was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and fast, and the dining area and bar were nicely decorated an clean. Well worth a return visit.

My partner and I stayed here for one night enroute to the National Sevens tournament. The room was small but clean and well furnished, comfortable bed and clean modern ensuite. The food in the restaurant was well presented and tasty washed down with a very good bottle of white wine. We had the continental breakfast which was fresh and substantial

I usually stay in the HdV when in Wimbledon but for this stay they would only accept 2 x night's booking which was no use to me and I'm really pleased that this happened. I looked at other places to stay and was happy to find the F&G. This is a perfect little hotel/ inn, the room was lovely and...

Sean met us and was very welcoming. The bar was well appointed. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was great. Public street parking was easy to fund. Great place. We would definitely return here.

Arranged to meet family here, a little off the beaten track, but it had good ratings. The bar staff were lovely and they accommodated an additional 2 people without fuss. Unfortunately when it came to ordering food a number of things weren't available - we all therefore decided on burgers to make life easier - to be told they had...

These rooms are really good for decor and facilities, very well located and picturesque in setting - The food at breakfast was excellent and really good for gluten free. The addition of a little terrace would be great when the weather is warmer!

We booked to stay here for two nights as we had a funeral to go to nearby. We were a bit worried due to a few poor reviews however, we are so pleased we booked it. Excellent customer service at breakfast and dinner, the waiters and waitresses cannot do enough for you. The food was excellent, and our bedrooms were...

We went to the Fox and Grapes for a birthday lunch. The food was great and the service very good, with waiters who couldn't be more helpful. This included giving a rendition of happy birthday to the birthday girl when the birthday cake was brought out.at the end of lunch. They also reacted well to an 11 month old running around in...

I booked a table for Sunday roast 5 days earlier, so the fact I couldn't secure a table until 4.30pm encouraged me, as they were obviously a very popular place for roast dinner We arrived as the heavens opened and every person and their dog descended on the place. It was heaving with screaming kids and wet dogs (I don't...
