Amazing location!!! Would definitely return to the property. The staff was great, had drain issues with shower & was moved the next day. Alex stood out with his service! We were walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and attractions. Highly recommend!

I've stayed in many Hilton hotels in the last few weeks but I have to honestly say this one is as near perfect as I could have wanted from a hotel. I'd like to say a huge thank you to the management and staff as they provided everything I could have wanted in my stay. Comfort, care and convenience all...

...in one of London's most attractive neighborhoods. Just two blocks from South Kensington Tube station. Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms nice and quiet (at least the one we had that faced the backside)

I was there during a long week-end. My room was on the 1st floor but very quiet. Five minutes walk from South Kensington tube station, nice walk to Harrods and V&A Museum. Breakfast was rich and very good. The only point of weakness was the too soft pillow

I got a great deal here for a long weekend of fun in London. I couldn't believe the price, especially for the area. Well the reason is that the room (and I would imagine all rooms) was tiny. I haven't had a room this small since I was in Tokyo! Don't think this ruined my stay however. The room was...

We booked our trip to London spontaneously and since we had never been there, we relied on the travel agent to choose an affordable and convenient hotel. We couldn't have been happier with the location. This hotel was no more than 3 - 5 underground stops to almost all of our desired sightseeing locations. We stayed in a room for...

When we arrived I was a little dismayed as the check in girls were not at all friendly, but then we went to breakfast and were blown away by the genuine friendliness of the staff. Housekeeping was poor - although there were three of us we kept having to ring for an extra towel each night. Having said that, the...

I've used this hotel four times now and have been happy every time. Pleasant service by friendly staff, attractively presented outside and in the lobby, and a great location at the bottom of Queens Gate. I've stayed here whilst in London for court hearings so haven't spent much time around the immediate area, but it is well placed for museums...

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay as we were visiting London for a concert at The Royal Albert Hall. The hotel is situated on Queensgate and Queensgate is very close to the concert venue, but the hotel is at the furthest end. It took approximately 15 mins. for us to walk it, and was no problem, but may...

We were impressed by the genuinely friendly, efficient and professional service at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and modern. The bed extremely comfortable and all breakfast needs accommodated.

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
