Stayed here for one night with a friend & we were very happy. Lovely clean room, large walk in powerful shower.
Lovely cooked to order breakfast that was included in our offer price. Very near Gloucester Road tube. Friendly staff.
Would definitely stay here again.

No there is no alternative, and no doorman. If you want assistance you would have to leave your luggage unattended outside on the street and go inside to ask for assistance. Nobody will offer if you don’t ask! We were lucky in that another guest helped us up the steps. We also had a similar experience at the nearby Crowne Plaza, where the staff stood and watched us struggle with the luggage up the internal steps!
