A charming hotel with very friendley staff. Located in easey reach of many bus routes or 15 min walk to oxford street. We did a room upgrade to an ambassador room and was well worth the extra. The bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed. On the down side the shower was useless hardly any water and the... More

I stayed here for one night on business. It is a pleasant hotel which is reasonably quiet given that it is in central London. The room was comfortable and the staff on reception very helpful. However, as I had an important meeting the next day that I needed to be prepared for I decided to order breakfast in my room... More

A very good hotel, excellently located for Euston Station. We had a main road facing room and did not experience any traffic noise. Good breakfast in a quiet setting with a good choice. We had a twin room, two blokes sharing. The room could have been a little bigger but was very warm, such that we had the air conditioning... More

Not stayed round here before and was quite impressed. Room fine, although the coffee machine was broken which was disappointing. Breakfast fine, wouldn't have a problem staying here again. Nice building

Room is clean and includes the amenities you would expect of a £195 per night hotel (tea, coffee, hairdryer). The issue in room 104 appeared to be plumbing related. On entering the room there was an unpleasant odour and the bathroom drain (although the bathroom is a wet room design) was inadequate at draining water at the required rate. This... More

I spent 4 nights here and my impression were that this is a great hotel that is fairly reasonably priced and ideally located. Staff were very friendly and the hotel comfortable and clean. There are many things to do within walking distance and there are many forms of transport in very close proximity.

I booked this hotel for my wedding reception after speaking to the events manager. We had several meeting to ensure everything went asI wanted. They were really accommodating and the service and food was amazing. The hotel was happy to assist in anyway they could, including providing a projector to play a video and allowing us to use a laptop... More

Met expectations for price (London prices), location and overall quality. Booked it as nearby Travelodge/Premier Inns were full or expensive for chosen dates. Glad I did as this hotel is nicer and has more character/personal service. Exceeded expectations re requested quiet room being very quiet, good service, comfortable bed, overall ambience and quality. Somewhat disappointed with shower/wet-room, as was small,... More
