Very basic hotel with breakfast included. Communication is not the greatest between the pub and the staff running the rooms upstairs. We had to wait over an hour for someone to finish our room, and we arrived well after checking in time. One member of staff was extremely rude every time we had to deal with him. A thirty minute... Arrived around 1pm and met the owner Patrick in the bar. He showed us the room in the second floor. Basic room. Quiet area. The hotel can be reached from Camden by bus 42 (Pimlico). The bath rooms are shared with 5 other rooms, but there are three showers (one didn´t work). We were promised a bag of breakfast at... More

We booked this place because it was the cheapest place we could find for two nights in London (£65/night + breakfast) and when we arrived we were really positive. The guys who greeted us were very welcoming and the room looked very nice with towels and toiletries etc laid out. We didn't see either of the blokes again though and... More

I read a lot of different reviews of this hotel and the good reviews outweighed the bad, so this is our perspective of the Bluebell Inn (aka Westport Inn) in London. We arrived in London on 13 July 2014 early in the morning and my wife and I were going to place our luggage in a storage area but they... More

Being a last minute booking, I was looking for the best budget bed I could find. What a find! The Bluebell, as it is now called, has just gone through a name change, hence Tripadvisor being a bit behind. Along with this, the bar has been totally revamped into a slick, purple, modern look. The B&B part is a little... More

I would highly recommend staying at the newly refurbished Bluebird (previously Westport Inn) if you’re ever in London. Having stayed there for the first time only last weekend; we found their staff exceptionally friendly, very accommodating and extremely considerate. The establishment and our room all looked very clean and tidy, with comfortable beds, and although their kitchen is currently closed... More

Great price for this room, not sure you could find cheaper in London, even in a hostel! The location is great, right near the bus stop to Camden which takes about ten mins. I wouldn't have been very comfortable as a woman on my own in the area though (bit rough!). Room a good size, bed very comfy. Really need... More

I stayed here in early December. True its very cheap but a little attention to detail would help such as removing the black mould around the bath in the shared bathroom as well as changing the mirror so you can see in it! It is suited to builders, contractors etc who are happy to have cheap digs. Its about a... More

Just stayed a night at the Westport Inn with a few lads. Had a smashing time, felt like home. Pat the lad. This guy should be put on the Lad bible! He was friendly, attentive, helpful and generally a top lad. This guy knows London like the back of his hand and told us where to go and what to... More
