Each time you walked in the room it smelled of cigarettes even tho neither of us smoked, there was no bath plug so could not have a bath. The door locked but was not sturdy enough, the windows could of easily have been opened from the outside. The coffee tray had empty milk cartons in it, however it did the...

Listen this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel so lets keep this in mind. The location was great (close to the tube, Primrose Park and other attractions). The room was good, on the 1st floor facing the street ( a little noisy) but was not bad at all. It was clean and warm and we were close to...

This place is cheap and I only stayed as someone else booked as I never would have looking at reviews.Only good for people on a tight budget and who can sleep through racing cars, arguments,a place full of people speaking other languages(which I have nothing against as long as they are not causing trouble)and I think they are placed there...

Terrible stay. Just left this hotel with a friend. Mainly booked as it is very close to the Roundhouse. We stayed here two nights and had to move twice!!! We arrived in a room in the cellar no window and the air just stands. I do not know how people sleep down there. We then got a new room upstairs...

Our room was in the basement , towels and bed clothes were stained , it seemed to be very noisy the room was tiny we had to dust the inside of the wardrobe so we could put our clothes in . There was a mouse trap outside our room .very dated decor and extremely basic .

Rooms rather dated and in need of some TLC. I booked a room without a window which was in the basement. Despite the radiator being switched off, the room was extremely hot! I guess the hotel are aware because there was a fan left in the room. If you have stayed at a Britannia hotel before then you will know...

I booked a Standard Double room with Breakfast at a price of £103.50. They put me in a room next to the lift (Room 102). I spent all night listening to the lift go up and down as it would make a terrible noise and vibrate everything in the room! I spoke to the staff and all they could offer...

This is my second time staying here and I have to say this is a much bette room on the 2nd floor than the last one in the basement. This room has soaking wet windows and curtains due to condensation, no heating, toilet doesn't flush, duvet and pillows are paper thin, sheets haven't been changed in 3 days, road noise...

Good location for anyone looking to go to Camden Town / Market. Hotel is a 15 minute stroll from Camden High Street and it has plenty of pubs and restaurants near it as well. Cleanliness of the hotel is good and the rooms were lovely and clean.

Just 5 minutes walk from Chalk Farm Tube Station on the Northern Line (and a bus every 2 minutes from there to the hotel) is Britannias Hampsted hotel. OK its actually in Camden but thats just nit picking. We had a full week of sight seeing and shows to go to so it was great to be close enough to...
