I didn't take my dog, but being across from Hyde Park totally made my short stay! I had a spectacular view of London from my bedroom window, the breakfast was beyond good and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I was even greeted by my name when I arrived. That's fantastic customer relations! All in all, a wonderful visit and one I will certainly do again as the hotel is very near my brother and the walk around the park in the morning was more glorious than being in the middle of the country - with Paddington Station and the West End just steps away.

Held our first charity event after start of Covid restrictions. The hotel staff and organisation could not have been better. Flexible, helpful and met every request and short notice change calmly and professionally. Have been involved in planning charity events for over 20 years and without doubt the current team at the Lancaster Hotel are the best I have ever come across.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in every way. Small moan about coffee and tea facilities, we do not want coffee makers and bags of ground coffee. Simple coffee and tea easygoing. Perfect position next to Hyde park, great for morning walk. Food beautiful.

I recently stayed at the Royal Lancaster when in London to work with one of my clients. I chose the hotel based on its central location and great access to transport links. However, when I got there, I realised I should also have chosen it for the exceptional service on offer and the home from home feeling. My room looked out over the hotel’s own bee hives, which I thought was lovely. The room had great facilities for working in but was also very comfortable. I ate breakfast at the hotel and it truly was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were all warm and friendly whilst also offering superb professional service, particularly Sebastian at the Concierge Desk. The hotel is located directly across from Hyde Park so I managed to fit in a lovely walk around the park before checking out. I can’t recommend the Royal Lancaster enough and can’t wait to return.

Firstly we love this hotel luxury at its finest This time we booked again for a couples get away We ordered the pamper pack and it was lovely But this time we had a room facing the front of the hotel and was kept up by noisy bikes both nights This didn’t happen the time before Also we did ask for ice and extra water to be brought to the room and nothing came back Slight touches like this let it down for us Seeing as we payed a high price for the break Also the robes in the room could be more fluffier.

Dear Leah, Thank you for having taken the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. I am, terribly sorry however to see that your stay has been a less than perfect experience, and would like to assure you that your comments on the service shortfalls regarding the ice & water have been escalated internally. I do hope that in spite of the range of issues you mentioned, you would feel comfortable staying with us again in the future, and remain entirely at your disposal should you ever require any assistance at all with the making of future reservations. Kind Regards, Alexander Henskens Hotel Manager Ahenskens@royallancaster.com
