We visited here as a family of four arriving Friday and staying till Sunday. For us the location is great, minutes from Belsize Park tube, breakfast was good as was the rooms. Yes there are better located hotels but you will pay more money. What prevents me from giving full marks? Well we arrived at the hotel at 1.15pm to...

Stayed for 3 nights with our 6 month old. Great location with the tube station a short walk away and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Found all of the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good, as was the service. One of the waitresses even went out of her way...

Once again this hotel and it's staff, together with it's excellent location have come up trumps for our family trip to London. We had three nights and it was worth paying extra for the breakfast. Just five minutes up the hill by bus from Camden market and 400m from Belsize Park tube (Northern Line). Hampstead heath and Primrose Hill just...

I stayed here because of the location. Needed to see friends at Hampstead Heath. The location is actually very good - walking distance to the heath and close to the underground. Rooms and public areas are fine. Small and nothing fancy but comfortable, clean, free wifi, good towels/sheets, and everything works. The restaurant is nice and with very friendly service,...

This hotel opposite Belsize Park tube station is staffed by very friendly and cheerful people. The rooms are clean, good beds and the food is good. The continental breakfast is a bit boring with pale bread and jam and some fruit amd cereals (no cheese and dark bread which is odd for the Dutch) but the English breakfast is very...

I have stayed at this fab premier Inn due to its great location for the Royal Free Hospital, its a lovely location and the staff are a fantastic advert for the chain, and always give each guest such good customer care. Shoshana at reception is outstanding and has been always so supportive and efficient. Katie who is in the restaurant...

Stayed here with my husband who was on business in London plus visiting daughter. We nearly always use premier inn and are rarely disappointed, this wasn't the case on this occasion however. We had booked a double room and given a twin...instead of just changing the room we had to hang around in the room while someone came to strip...

Booked this for a last minute trip and were not disappointed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our short stay and the restaurant staff both evening and breakfast were too. The meal choices were very good and we took advantage of the meal offer due to our circumstances and were extremely impressed. Our food was well presented and...

Clean and quiet, just what we were looking for as a family. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Good value for money, I'd definitely stay again. Was there with my wife and two young daughters. The staff were very accommodating for my children and made them feel very welcome
