Fabulous location for Park Lane/Hyde Park area. Looks nice from the outside and the reception/bar/lounge area is the same. Rooms are a little disappointing for the price though - nothing wrong with them per se, just a bit on the small side and a little tired looking. I was in a 'Viceroy Room' (whatever that is) on the 4th floor...

The rooms is old fashion. No fridge, a lot of noise from the air conditioning and the bathrooms have never seen the 21st century. We went there to see family, an during our 4 night stay, we had to change rooms 2 times because the showers didn't work, the bathroom door didn't close properly and it was a lot of...

A pleasant hotel on Hyde park within easy reach of tube to get in to work but the traffic noise is horrendous even though my room didn't look on to the main road. I was shocked when I looked and saw that it was only single glazed. Besides that very pleasant staff. The room was clean and modern and there...

Stayed here for a business trip. Having done a tour of hotels for work, this is without doubt the poorest of the lot. Paying for location? Rooms - tired, tatty and old-school pull up wooden windows, which were completely condensated. Not a pleasant environment. Air con temperamental; left the room on cool and 20 minutes later it had reset to...

Good hotel near Hyde Park. Next to the hotel ok pub Black swan. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough for the family. Right next to the hotel's Lancaster Gate Tube. Okolo hotela ima dućana mješovite robe i nekolicina restorana ukoliko ne želite jesti u hotelu

We spent 2 nights here on a deal in which our dinner and breakfasts were included. We found the hotel side of the business to be good. Rooms are small but clean and well equipped. On a main road so a little noisy but where isn't in London. The choice at breakfast was great if a little crowded. We were...

We used a voucher for the tea which normally would cost £25 pp. It did not bode well from the start when we were kept waiting at the entrance to be seated for quite some time and were not even acknowledged. When a manager finally came out he ignored us completely and went to deal with what I believe was...

I booked a 2 night stay for my parents to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday and they had the best time. They had a fantastic time and the location was great for them to enjoy all of central London. They were surprised at how close they were to everything, they didn't really have to use public transport as they expected....
