We stayed for 1 night for business, and added a visit to the theatre as an extra. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was just a 5-10 minute walk to the theatre, and had lots of cafes, restaurants etc in the surrounding area. It also provided easy access to lots of other popular areas of London. Our...

Always a comfortable place to stay within easy reach of the places we need to visit. We have stayed here several times and never been disappointed. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the rooms immaculate.

My wife and I stayed in April for 8 days. We arrived from Canada around 11:30 am and the staff we incredibly obliging and found us a room straight away. Both front desk and restaurant staff could not have been better. We had a deluxe room which was a decent size, the shower was about as powerful as I have...

Room was good, for central London not too noisy as side street. Beware little shop across road if thinking of buying snacks - appear to set their own prices for individual customers, nothing labelled. But back to the hotel good breakfast so if you have that included in room price value for money. One small surprise on arrival (3pm) room...

Was very pleased with the first impressions on arrival at the hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient and were given a lovely room on the 7th floor. Found the hotel very convenient for the theatres which were the point of our visit. Good choice of breakfast options. Would have linked to be Abel to turn the heating in the room...

Great hotel with service minded and friendly staff, both the receptionists, the concierges, the restaurant staff and the cleaners. Stayed 4 nights with my mother who's a senior citizen. She also found the hotel wonderful. We had adjacent rooms and the receptionist was kind enough to unlock the doors between our rooms so we could visit easier. We had Afternoon...

The only real disappointment I had was more to do with other guests than anything else, but I only stayed for one night so was not worth mentioning at the time. Not much you can do about a whingy wailing child in the room opposite in the middle of the night (although perhaps not taking a young child out and...

Just finished a lovely week long stay with the Kingsway Hall hotel. This hotel checks all the boxes: great Covent Garden location, modern-clean-comfortable accommodation, courteous staff with every answer and a nice breakfast and lounge. Easy walk to Holborn tube station and the Seven Dials shopping/dinning area. Kingsway caters to both business and leisure guests, a great stay!

The hotel appeared a little tired and the rooms were far too warm for our liking and we could not get the air conditioning working. Apart from this the rooms were as advertised, clean, functional and the beds were comfortable. Were offered an upgrade but not great value. Breakfast was offered at a discount and was excellent with good personal...
