Very surprised at this hotel, tucked away in one of the streets off Bayswater Road it's ideal for lots of places. The bedroom was very clean but the bed was quite hard and although the bathroom didn't have a separate shower it was very nice, on our first night we received a complimentary 2 course meal which was very enjoyable...

This was our fifth consecutive January staying for one week. All aspects were consistent with previous years--great breakfast buffet, warm and comfortable rooms and every staff member was helpful and friendly. This year we had a morning flight out of Heathrow and used the 'wake up call' service and when we went down to breakfast at 6:30 everything was ready....

We got this hotel as part of an AmEx vacation package and found it to be a very serviceable place in a good location. The bar is open till 1am (a real rarity in London) and breakfast is nice. WiFi is pretty weak outside the lobby and beds are a little dorm-like (small and a bit too firm), but nothing...

Room on third floor, smallish but not tiny, well big enough for us ...clean, reasonable bathroom, beds fine. A little street noise and from next rooms but didn't mar our stay...

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a Delta airlines vacation package and got a very good rate. The single room was small and almost no light reached the inside of the closet. Consider bringing a flashlight. En suite bath and water temp/pressure were fine. The hotel is within walking distance of Queensway tube stop (Lancaster Gate station...

I booked this hotel while on the train via Hotels.com. A short walk from the station. From checking in through to departure the whole experience was a delight. Reasonable price, good size room. Comfortable bar to sit and have a drink. Friendly staff. A great breakfast. A must visit again hotel

Lancaster Gate Hotel Perfectly British This boutique hotel sitting in a very desirable and quiet spot near Lancaster Gate station (currently closed until August 2017), just off the Bayswater and across from Hyde Park boasts high ceilings and large well-appointed bathrooms. The buffet breakfast is large and varied by European standards featuring eggs, sausage, sliced meats and baked beans, in...
