Have stayed at this location multiple times. Staff consistently excellent. Only complaint would be room was smoky - sine guests smoking on our floor. Breakfast and bar areas are good. Spa service was outstanding. Great location and views across from Hyde park.

We stayed here for 4 days on returning from Egypt and it was the perfect end to our holiday. Rooms are beautifully appointed and maintained. The location is the perfect starting point for anywhere you want to go. The doormen are brilliant, particularly Michael, who tolerated my insomniac wanderings downstairs at 3am remarkably ! It may be a bit more...

6th or 7th stay, this time for a 2 day visit as a Platinum Ambassador, upgraded to a Spa Suite with a view of Wellington Arch and a huge bathroom also with a view - very unusual for London. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and every member of staff is polite without exception, always a Good Morning or Good Afternoon. This...

My partner and I stayed there for two nights in June and had a very good stay. The room was nice and spacious. The room was well equipped. A special thanks to the front office team who were very professional and attentive to our needs. The location is perfect if its your first time in London.

I have to personally thank the following lounge staff members who made our stay a memorable one; Leona, Charles, Ivo and Bruno. Charles...

Location: direct access to Hyde Park - I took advantage of it in the mornings by jogging 4.2 mile path on a perimeter of the park (the only sunny day during my stay in June – one gotta be immune to depression due to lack of sun in London); other than its proximity to the park, the location is in...

Lovely hotel right on the park. Friendly staff. Beautiful renovated rooms. Bath a bit hard to get in and out of. Love the bar in lobby. Absurd you have to pay extra to use club lounge. Bring money. Ask for park view if you can afford it. Inner rooms face dreary courtyard.

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
