I spend 6 nights with my son, in a twin deluxe gardens view, we have an excellent stay, the room have two comfortable queen beds with a lot of different pillows, the bathroom was big enough with a very good water pressure in the shower (w/ bathtub), everything very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very pleased we could check-in after our morning arrival on an international flight. We found the hotel to be very conveniently located to the sites and public transportation. Lots of good restaurants are in easy walking distance. The location of the hotel is excellent with the Royal Albert Hall, museums, shops, bars and restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Harrods is but a short cab ride away. We live in the Middle East and travel quite extensively so we do tend to experience a range of first class hotels in our travels. My wife and I stayed in...

We found the Crowne Plaza in Kensington an acceptable option. Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
