Good thing is that you are in Kensington, everything is near, but to be honest I expected more from Hilton in centre of London. Everything is outdated in room, but service and location is ok. Tube is up to 5 min walking and bus station just on right side of hotel.

Booked the hotel for a long weekend to visit London and celebrate my sons 21st birthday. Arrived early and was informed that although the room was not ready, we could use the Executive Lounge as we had been upgraded. I have a Hhonors Gold membership and it has always been recognized when we've visited Hilton Kensington. We went out for...

We stayed at the Hilton Kensington for three nights in an Executive room. The location is great for our needs (we did not want to be in the busy areas like Mayfair, Soho or Covent Garden). Tube station Shephard's Bush and Holland Park are within walking distance as well as a bus to Piccadilly Circus or Westminster Abbey right in...

Overall, a good experience for our family stay with Hilton. Subway station, Shepherd's Bush was a mere 5mins walk with Westfield shopping mall and restaurants next to it. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

A nice hotel adjacent to Westfield Shepherd bush. Need some renovation and though staff very friendly but gives an image of run down hotel not you expect from Hilton Brand, Being a silver member normally other hotels do give a better room but the same was not provided, even the stay was not recorded in my Hilton honors programme,

My husband and I were in London on business and decided to bring our baby too. We were exhibiting at Olympia which was a 20 min walk away. Really friendly staff especially in the executive lounge. Breakfast choice was really good and was fully stocked at all times. The dinner we had in the bar was not as good as...

Breakfeast very good aswell!! Very close to tube station and a massive Shopping Center!!! Would recomend and would go back again!!

This hotel is ideal for visiting Westfield shopping centre, which is just a 5 minute walk away. The restaurant and reception area are lovely, but the rooms are small, old and tired and in desperate need of updating. The service and food for dinner were particularly good in the restaurant, with Sumon Poudel being very well informed about food allergies,...

Stayed two nights at the Hilton Kensington. We booked a double room but given a twin room, no doubles available when we produced our booking clearly stating a double room. We made do as we were there and I didn't want to traipse around London looking for a room. The room was dated some of the fixtures in the bathroom...
