The uncompromising commitment to guest satisfaction is the type of endearing, warm service that is increasingly rare these days. Many of the guests appeared to be seasoned travelers who were repeat customers, and I can understand why. The photos really don't do this property Justice. It's been flawlessly remodeled into a classic British inn, located in the best part of...

Everything about this hotel illustrates what a top level establishment is. Common areas were intimate and inviting. Our room (#4) was spacious, beautifully furnished and had a large well stocked bathroom. Staff, from concierges to reception and housekeeping, were warm but efficient in tending to our needs and the location near Sloan Square was perfect for dining and shopping. This...

We stayed at 11 Cadogan Place in September 2016 as part of our Honeymoon trip. There is not much to say, except how perfect it was. The hotel upgraded us and gave us exactly the kind of room we asked for prior to our arrival. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival by a charming and friendly porter. On top...

We've stayed at hotels in London many, many times over the years, but this was our first time at 11 Cadogan Gardens. It's a lovely place. The décor makes one think of a club rather than a hotel -- I kept expecting to see Bertie Wooster walk in the door. The room was small, but really nice, and the staff...

This hotel is awesome! Rooms are very clean and spacious. The service is great. All of the staff are super friendly. The location is close to bus stops and the tube to get around the city easily. The neighborhood is super safe and lots of shopping close by.

A very comfortable hotel with old world charm, excellent staff, and first class food. Its location makes it very quiet and peaceful. The staff could not have been more helpful, and gave it a feel like home. The afternoon tea was a real treat, with some magical surprises to taste. Great value and would recommend. Go the Rovers!

Lovely hotel in a tranquil spot with great service and hospitality. The room was very nice but quite small! There were lovely shops in the area as well as restaurants. Except for the size of the room,I was very happy with my choice.

We stayed here for 1 night with our 2 small children and would highly recommend it as a place to stay. The decor throughout is beautiful & stylish, our room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The location is fabulous for shopping, tourist attractions or simply enjoying a beautiful part of London. Yummy cocktails too!

If history, elegance, excellence and posh location are high on your list for that very-special-occasion trip, then No. 11 Cadogan Gardens should be your London destination. We were fussed over and catered to from the minute we arrived and walked the historic hallways and stairways in awe. Our room was impeccable. We also loved being walking distance from both high...

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
