Stayed here years ago. It is the same. I do like the consistency though. They have got it just right , basic room , clean tidy , loads of hot water. , great selection at breakfast. I would stay here any time I want to be near Hyde Park. Minutes from a tube. Some parking.

Stayed here for a night, arrived late around 1am after flying into Stanstead and travelling down, Night porter let me in, checked me in, served me at the bar, got me an iron and board and was very helpful.

The room I had was a double bed, but more like a single room as bed was a

Very happy with my stay, yes the hotel is a little dated but the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome, the location was perfect and the breakfast was great. For a budget hotel, I couldn’t fault it, great value for money. We had a free drink the evening we arrived and an E

A large hotel in excellent location that has not been modernised, NB avocado bathroom suites even! This is much more than made up for by the outstanding customer service and great value. Highly recommended. Will visit again.

Dear 507nielsb, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the hotel. We do hope you will consider staying with us again when you are next in London. Best wishes, Aurelia Kuhn Guest Relations

Public transit options, directions, and costs? Is there a hot tub? Do you have air conditioning?
As a guest at this hotel during the heat wave in June only the common areas had air conditioning. Fans were offered to guests on a first come first served basis. Our room on 3 was stifling.
