I can’t fault the hospitality of the staff. Always answered our questions. We found the room small and outdated. The Bed was lumpy. The bathroom was so small that whilst in the shower you couldn’t turn around and the pressure was very poor.

We were on the third floor, I believe. It was approximately 60 stairs. I don't think there's a family room on a lower floor.

We were booked in a dbl room which had a dbl bed. Rooms are small and I doubt that they would change the beds. You could always ask when you get there for a room with twin beds if that is what you ptefer. The management is... More
