This was exactly what we expected and what we needed. Location was great, short walk to Paddington station and Hyde Park. Compared to other prices in London, it was reasonable and affordable. We were in basement room which was good. Enough space, the bathroom was recently renovated and everything was cleaned every day. Staff stored out luggage when we arrived... More

Stayed here for 1 night on business and thankfully it was just 1 night as only got a few hours sleep. This was due to 1) the noise & 2) the heat of the room. The windows are single glazed so the noise from the street is unbearable! The heating was on full blast and took hours to cool down.... More

Helpful staff, clean and modern but small rooms. Have stayed here during the different seasons and would not recommend it in the summer as there is a distinct lack of air con and if you leave windows open it is rather noisy! Prefer this to other better 'class' hotels in London- down to earth and good location.

Stayed on the 30th October 2016. Reception staff didn't speak very good English which meant that the check in process took longer than usual - there was also some confusion with the booking and the man on reception was very rude in his approach. The customer service was very poor. Unfortunately, other than the location there is nothing good about... More

The Prince William Hotel is a handy little hotel, close to Paddington Rail Station and two Underground stops. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms (at least the one I had) are clean. The hotel does have a few drawbacks... the rooms are small (not unusual for tourist hotels in London). I booked a single room,... More

I stayed this hotel 10-14 September with my friends. Hotel was near the Paddington train station and city center. They cleaned our room everyday and staff was friendly. There was wifi problem in the hotel's room, we couldn't find wifi in the room. Hotel was noisy because of near the way.

My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights. We booked through a 3rd party for ~100 Euro a night. The staff was friendly. The first room we got was B3 and it was directly below the lobby, on the street side, and our window opened to the access stairwell for the guests. It was very small with no AC... More

Were given two rooms in the basement. One room completely without windows - which smelled of paint and was extremely hot. The other room had a window - but it was behind bars and could not be opened! It too was very hot and there were mold pathces on the walls even though it was clear that it had only... More

The hotel is recently renovated. You can tell, it the interieur looks new and clean. So are the rooms, very clean. It's located near Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate, both within 5 min walk. Plenty of restaurants around. And you have the option to leave your luggage for the day after you check out, to do some sightseeing before you... More
