We stayed here last weekend while attending a fantastic Kate Bush concert. The entire staff were very friendly and always acknowledged our presence, something that is often over looked. We booked online and everything was in order when we arrived. We were quickly checked in and before we knew it we were on the fourth floor entering a clean spacious...

We were in London for one night to attend 'Lord of the Dance' at the London Palladium. When arriving from Bristol we had a lovely warm welcome from the staff. The reception team were very friendly and helpful with our many questions regarding nearest tube stations and places to visit. The twin bedroom was clean, the beds were very comfortable,...

We normally stay at the Regents Park Holiday Inn and thought we would try Bloomsbury for a change and were not disappointed. We had a quiet, clean, refurbished room which was somewhat compact!. Useful having Russell Square Underground and Waitrose close by and the free secure bag storage was a bonus after we had checked out which meant we could...

I have stayed here a lot over years because of its convenient location, close to Russel Sq tube. Rooms and floors are a bit shabby but i think there is a refurb programme under way. Breakfast is good with usual choice. Bar next door is awful but a good alternative across road and plenty others to choose from. Brunswick shop...

Right next to Russell Square underground station. (can be a pain with a buggy) Next to a small shopping centre. The hotel manager came over to help us calm our crazy kids. He gave them a map and made them feel as though they had a job to do and they calmed down. The hotel is very clean and the...

We were in London for the weekend and decided to stay at the Holiday Inn as I am an IHG member. First impressions of the entrance and reception were very good and we were checked in very efficiently. We made our way to the room and assumed that we would be put into the IHG members rooms only to find...

Checked in early Monday morning after "redeye" flight from U.S. (paid for night prior to my arrival). Asked for quiet room and was given room on second floor next to elevator bank. Between elevators and A/C units outside the room -- it was definitely NOT quiet. Tried to sleep, but was awaken by housekeeping manager an hour later checking to...

Me, my husband and 3 children stayed in this hotel for the night on the 18th August. We were warmly greated by a lovely lady on the reception desk, who checked us in with no problems at all. We then turned to get into the lift to go to our room and were greated by another lovely member of staff...

I booked the hotel due to how close it was to the underground at Russell square. The hotel was clean, modern, the staff were great. Breakfast is very very busy but the staff were there if anything was needed and coffee and tea was being pored when ever it was required. Full english breakfast, bread, and all the other usuals...
