A compact bedroom, thank goodness I was travelling alone! Check in staff were very pleasant, breakfast was reasonable, BUT in the bar there was a terrible smell coming out of the air con, which the bar staff said they couldn't smell, if eating out do not go to the pub opposite!

I've stayed here once or twice a year for a while now, and have always been pleased with the staff, the cleanliness, the situation (very near bus and tube) and the breakfast as well. A room with a view is well worth asking for, as the ones looking inwards are a bit dark. Considering the size and international clientele it's...

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bloomsbury for my study abroad trip. I was there for about 6 days. It was nice and quiet. It was right next to Russell Square tube stop. The breakfast was great. The beds were good. They cleaned the rooms everyday. Overall great.

The location could not be bettered, just an easy stroll from Euston station, although we used a taxi on arrival (£5). Russell Square tube station is near, as are buses on Woburn Street, all making it simple to get into the centre. If you want shops, the Brunswick Centre, just across the road, has a number of chains, as well...

I've stayed at the Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury for a short London city visit with my partner (3 nights). The good: - the location is really great, couldn't ask for any better (a 2 minute walk from the nearest Tube station) - the staff is extremely friendly and efficient, which is becoming increasingly rare lately - the rooms are clean...

Myself and partner stayed at the Hotel, as my partner was doing the London Marathon. All staff were professional, friendly and efficient. In particular, we had a lovely dining experience. Staff made our meal very special. We had attentive service with a personal touch. Breakfasts by the far best than a lot of other hotels. Plentiful fresh fruit, cooked food...

The best thing about this tourist/budget hotel is the staff, particularly Gary at the concierge desk. Everyone was extremely helpful and accomodating. This hotel is oftern rated as four stars on many websites-it is a very nice, clean three star hotel that caters to a mix of tourists and business clients. We recently stayed there for 10 nights. The rooms/bath...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your recent review and your constructive feedback. You have covered all aspects of your stay and I am particularly appreciative about your comments about Gary our Head Concierge. This Holiday Inn property distinguishes itself in having some of the best, most accommodating and helpful staff I have ever encountered. From the duty manager, Michaela (always smiling) , to Dennis (another manager) to the ever-present helpful Gary at Reception, there is no way in which an even a higher-priced hotel can compete. The hotel is large, clean and quiet....
