Very well located property, they serve an elaborate and lovely spread of English breakfast. It would be great if WiFi could be available in the property without an extra charge. I stayed in isolated villages in the Highlands during the course of my visit to United Kingdom and still had complimentary WiFi everywhere so really recommend you guys to overview...

Had a Saturday night here and it's location is brilliant near all the attractions. Russell square tube just down the street. Smart downstairs area and a friendly Irish pub attached. Rooms 501 was small but comfortable bed and little noise. Air con ok but a bit slow to react. Lovely nights sleep and a good price. Nice to have free...

Stayed one night here. Staff very professional & welcoming. An efficient and speedy check in & a room was available immediately even though it was only late morning. Only booked the night before , had cancelled original booking as decided we needed air con which we were very glad for. We had a double room, a standard double bed, in...

Both my wife and I have spent a lovely weekend in London. Seeing the Lion King and sight seeing the usual tourist hot spots. This was made especially nice by staying in The holiday Inn. The rooms are clean and tidy, with all the usual trimmings, plus controlled air conditioning. The breakfast was. Of a high standard and the waiting...

We are creatures of habit staying in the same hotel and even the same room when visiting London. However on this occasion 'our hotel' was full booked and we had to look elsewhere. The Holiday Inn Bloomsbury turned out to be a first class alternative. The Hotel is in an ideal location for theatre goers and visitors to Covent Garden...

Let's start with the Concierge - absolute top man, knowledgeable, smart, anticipates your needs excellently. Close second, the Reception staff, very on-the-ball, and very efficient - just a word for the Antipodean lady who thinks we're all guys - we aren't, we're guests, and in fact to you Miss, we're Mr and Mrs xxxxx, and we like to be asked...

I was here for a business meeting and an extra night of leisure. Check in was slow because there was one person ahead of me and two people at the desk. Somehow this translated into slow check in. Friendly though. And during the day, since I didn't have internet access because the hotel charges for it (and it is too...

Stayed here in Marc 2014 on business, paid for by my employer. After asking at reception to be placed in a quiet room, I was given a room on the 5th floor. I found out, to my horror, as I tried to get to sleep later that night, that this room backs on to the lifts. I therefore heard the...

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Large hotel but located perfectly for business as well as leisure, the room was rather small but since that seems to be the London standard I can hardly complain. I did not use any services besides laundry and information and have no reason to complain. Reception was friendly as where the other employees I came into contact with, overall I...

We attempted to check in early but there was no rooms available. They happily took our bags and asked us to return at 2pm. We did, and there seemed to be the same issue. Gary recognised us (from our first attempt) and interfered, even offering a complementary upgrade to an executive suite on the sixth floor - thank you to...
