Basic but clean- excellent location and good value for money in London! An actual hob would have been nice but cannot criticise for the money. The only other real downside is the climb up the stairs to your room- that is a real workout!!

I had booked a single room fora great price, got an upgrade upon arriving, and everything was absolutely perfect. Hotel is clean and well maintained, I even had a freaking BALCONY... Awesome value for money. Sure the furniture is a little tired, but frankly, it's amazing to have this much value for money in London hotels, I believe this is...

Very rude guys working there, it was a nightmare staying there. The smoke detector was very sensitive, and the worker who looks like a thug chased me out on that night itself at 12AM from the hotel. My worst experience at hotel in LONDON

We have been offered a nice quiet room (N°11). The bed size is actually mentioned on the booking site, as is the absence of breakfast. Perfect location: bus stop in front of the entrance, tube station and (small) supermarkets 3 minutes away, as well as numerous places to eat and drink.

First up, unless you have one of the few downstairs rooms this place is not for you if you are aged, infirm, unfit or have a lot of heavy, bulky luggage. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and steep. Having said that, our room was very comfortable, clean and attractive.Given the location we thought value for money...

Has nothing to do with the expensive box size hotel rooms in London, with carpets that have never been washed or vacuumed. This place is clean and the rooms are spacious (except the single ones). The rooms have a small kitchen inside. There is no breakfast but there are hundreds of places around that you can grab a bite. There...

Stayed a single night ay the Marylebone Inn, location is fantastic for West End and my room would be fine for single night but much more you need to book something more than a single if my room was anything to go by . The en-suite room had TV, Wifi compact shower and toilet with toiletries provided. This room had...

Booked a few hours before staying and got a good price of £74. Check in was swift and pleasant Room was basic but comfortable and clean. Furniture was cheap and flimsy, but again was clean. Reason for 2 stars: - The pillows were the worse I have had in a hotel. They felt like a 50/50 mix of wadding and...

a nice place in a super great location 4 minutes from the tube and next to shops and restaurants. We stayed there 3 nights and it was comfortable and good value. It has no lift so make sure you don;t get a room in the 3-4 floor if you have a problem climbing.

London accommodation doesn't come better than this! Usually you either pay a lot for a reasonably decent room, or you get something grim and dirty. This little place is a gem. Great location, tiny room but spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable bed, good shutters, lovely little shower room, kettle with tea and coffee, a little fridge, and even an international adaptor...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
