Lovely hotel . Clean and tidy. Lovely staff. Beds could be more comfortable and rather hot in the rooms. Did the job of staying one night visiting London. Used he tube to visit places. Would come back again due to the staff being so helpful. Lovely let bit noisy with traffic in the morning but it's London, it's busy.

Stayed here for three nights in December, and I can't fault the hotel on anything. The room was a standard double room, nothing fancy but exactly what would be expected for the low price we paid. Bed was comfy, shower was amazing! The room and the hallways were kept clean. The staff were all very nice too! The hotel was...

I wanted a hotel close to Paddington station so I could get a taxi with my luggage (£5 from station to hotel) but near a tube station (3 min walk to Queensway) to get around with my 6 year old. Room very clean. Staff have been very helpful and friendly. Decent bathroom. Bed fairly comfy.

Booked a double room, got given a twin room with the beds pushed together. Both mattresses were old and felt like the springs were coming through. Had a terrible night's sleep as no support for back/neck etc. There was a stain on the carpet that looked like dried blood, the curtains were hanging off the rails, the toiletries in the...

Spent two nights here. The room was horribly awkward to get to up the stairs with two huge suitcases and no help offered. The service was okay but the rooms were far too hot even with two air conditioning units. Recently renovated but already falling apart and a severe lack of amenities even for a three Star hotel. As a...

The good: rooms are comfy and recent upgrade is obvious. Bathroom looked like it had a recent update; shower was brilliant. The bad: with the exception of the cleaning staff; the staff are rude, lazy and generally seem to go out of their way to make things more difficult. Manager was the rudest of the lot. Examples: 1. Tried to...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Was upgraded to a suite, which is the only room you can stay in. The regular rooms are absolutely tiny and hard to walk around, if at all. The amenities (shampoo, soap) are pretty bad. The room is clean, but comfort isnt the best. Wifi went in and out a few times. The mattress uneven....

The hotel was clean and in a great location (just a couple of minutes from the tube). The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were next door to a noisy family who woke us up around 8am and the chambermaids were noisy talking amongst each other, there wasn't any noise from the street though. All in all it...

Just wanted a simple room for the night, location is excellent! Great value! If you are low-key and want no fuss, this is the sort of room for you! If room is as cheap as last time, would definitely stay again!

We often use Premier Inns and Traveloges and this was all very similar but had the added bonus of a fridge in the room. This is a large hotel and is literally a few minutes walk from Queensway tube station on the central line (4 stops from Oxford Circus). We were travelling as 2 females and the area felt very...
