dirty carpets filthy curtains broken window in room which I cut myself on. staff totally clueless. money taken before we arrived (pay at hotel) not even worth 1 star let alone the 4 it states . weekend would have been ruined had it not been for The Rubins Hotel which we ended up staying in . altogether a total sham...

On arrival in the area, we felt we had chosen our hotel well. Really nice area and convenient location for us. However, we had booked a basic double room. That turned out to be an understatement! The room was tiny so that, even with the smallest double bed I have ever seen, there was no space for two people to...

We were given Room 210 for a one night stay. This room is classified as a 'basic double' but in reality is a small single room with a large single bed. Very uncomfortable. The a/con did not function. Breakfast was generally poor and staff were unable to cope when both the coffee machines failed. Hotel is nicely located but should...

I booked this hotel before reading the reviews on here. When I came on to read them I almost had a heart attack. I was sure I had booked a room at Dante's Inferno at the gates of hell. I really don't get what some people expect for the price you pay in London. I think this hotel attracts some...

We booked into this hotel this weekend for a 2 night stay and although it claims to be 4*, on our arrival it became immediately apparent that it wasn't AND would probably struggle to be 3*! The carpet in the foyer is patched and very grubby and those on the landings were very dirty. The twin room we given was...

Very small double room, TV and air conditioning didn't work. Net curtains were disgusting. Breakfast was poor tbh. Scrambled eggs were dry, coffee machine didnt work, cold milk was off. Not good value wouldn't recommend....

It's a decent enough low budget hotel just about 10 minutes walk from Paddington Station. The room was clean and tight enough and just barely rates average enough to recommend to stay. The room rate was reasonable and therefore all in all it's ok for a one or two night business trip.

Basic-double is just a little too basic, there's just enough room to walk round the bed in single file, it should be classed as a basic single. Person at window side of bed has to climb out of the bottom of the bed. Air conditioning doesn't work - well it does for 20 seconds then resets showing Error. Suggest you...

This entitled 4 star hotel doesn't deserve more than 2 and a half stars.'We book through an travel agency our stay for London at a 4 star hotel, situated in the heart of London, very colse to Hyde Park. But, surprise, those are a simulated 4 stars. Our room was very small (aprox 10sqm including bathroom), with a very small...

This hotel is in a good spot to visit west London, the rooms are quiet small but they have all you need for a short stay, the one problem was from very early in the morning the floorboards creek like crazy, if your a light sleeper, no chance, very clean though, enjoy
