Dear Guest, The Queens Park Hotel is naturally distressed by such negative reaction to the duration of stay here, but very much appreciate you taking the time and trouble to appraise us of your recent stay here. I perfectly understand and would like to tell you a little about the circumstances involved. Your statement, "Terrble, smallest double bed in the...

We have stayed at this hotel twice and each time we have found the staff friendly and very helpful. Booked a twin room each time but were given a room with three beds. Bathroom small but adequate. Plenty of hot water. Buffet breakfast was ok but not really enough seating area. Location is excellent. Two tube stations close by. Plenty...

my friends & I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. I must say that was the biggest mistake we've ever made. Not Just the room was tiny, there were holes in the carpet. Not to expect any Air-con cos there weren't any. The receptionist was so unfriendly &rude. When we asked him for some slippers. He shouted to us as we...

160 quid a night for a small hot room with no air conditioning. Think Steve McQueen in the great escape and you're not far wrong. Take a baseball glove and ball and you're good to go. Seriously, just stay somewhere else.

We were quite worried about our stay because we had read quite a lot of poor reviews, but we didn't have any problems other than having to wait for our breakfast as there aren't enough seats in the breakfast area. Our room was clean, all the facilities worked, although the shower was not easy to use. The hotel is fine...

I can write a lot of this hotel but there is something so nasty that anything else good or bad simply don't matter. We had a MOUSE IN OUR ROOM!!!! He served himself with some sweets we had in the room and when I get up from the bed, he simply run away in front of my eyes!! It was...

I've stayed in some 100 or so hotels all across London over the past few years, and this is only the second time I've felt compelled to record my feelings on any particular stay. My perilously small double room boasted such unique selling points as a non-functioning television, a smashed-in phone socket, buzzing electrical sockets, fixtures hanging off the walls,...

Stayed here on May 14th with my husband. Disaster from the start. Completely disgusted and would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to friends unless they had a demolition licence. Check-in is stated as 2pm. We actually arrived early and called in to see where the hotel was, and was told to return at 2pm which we...
