Rubbish hotel should be a 2 star staff ok but didn't ask how was your stay as I think they know the story... Breakfast like a refugee centre to be honest...Rooms are a disgrace. Picture on the web a joke not the same hotel..It's a complete rip off stay a mile away from it

Was there for the London marathon. We were greeted by a miserable face at reception and then had to cram our bags in the tiniest lift ever. We arrived at the dingy basement where there were two old sofas infringement of the lift. Went to room and were shocked by the scuff marks on walls and stained flooring. The view...

I was really worried about staying here, after having read the reviews. I am VERY picky when it comes to hotels to stay at, and I traveled with a group of people and I hadn't booked the trip. Having said that, I find it important to give my view on the hotel, because I actually thought it was all right....

Arrived, booked on booking.com. Room was nothing like the picture. Double bed was pushed up to the window, not enough room to swing a cat. Made a complaint and they upgraded us, it appeared we had been put in the old part of the hotel, when we were upgraded, the room was much nicer. The stairs are a nightmare, and...

The guy of the morning réception was really unpleasant !! The pictures of the web site wasn't in reality with what we had. Big scam about this hotel, the only nice side was the quarter !! The wasn't a room, it's was a cellar room, horrible hotel !!

Was fine. Room was very small and too warm. Breakfast wasn't so delicious. No any fresh to eat. But maybe that's British way. First time there. Price and quality doesn't match. Hotel workers was very friendly.

I judged this hotel to be very good, which it is, in context i.e. the budget hotel sector. It misses most of the added cost facilities which larger hotels provide. For example an ability to order a newspaper or be able to change a £50 note at reception. That said, it's an excellent value business which tries really hard to...

I recommend this hotel for its excellent location near a subway station. It is located opposite to the hyde park where nature is amazing. Breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean and staff polite and attentive. I highly recommend it.
