Every thing was just correct. However I think that the cost is really high for the offering. Tiny rooms and bathroom. The breakfast is quite limited. However is fairly clean and the staff is polite. I would recomend it only as a second option, if you can't find anything better.

We stayed very well in our family room but I think the bathroom is too little: it's not a bathroom it's a cube with water... Its position near Victoria Station is the most important charateristic and it has been basic to the success of our short holiday. The staff was polite. Good experience

Hotel generally very good, just take warm pyjamas if it's cold and heating not working. Hotel staff on reception were very helpful but unable to resolve. Breakfast ok and probably in line with others in that area.

Tiny rooms would not be such a problem, but worn out, partly wet spaces in the basement (called rooms) is what you gonna have to settle for. Window to a yard full of dirty junk can not be opened properly so get ready for a cold breeze throughout the night that even strong heater can not compensate. Spend a bit...

Very well located hotel : short walk from Victoria Station and bus stop line 24 just in front of the hotel. Staff very polite and helpful . Rooms small but I imagine the problem is the same in major large cities . Breakfast simple but clean ( continental breakfast ). Would go back in this hotel for next journey to...

I stayed at the Comfort Inn Westminster in Jan 17 for a business trip and this has to be the most overpriced hotel l have stayed in for an incredibly shabby room. The shower was no more than a dribble, the duvet was thin and worn, the bed uncomfortable, no remote control, no plug in the sink, scuffs everywhere and...

The Location is Great, Westminster with all its touristic spots is in walking distance. We stayed in a bedroom for two (307), which was tiny. No room to open suitcases except on the beds and no space to store them when they where shut except in front of the door or bathroom door, so we couldn't access the bath.

Good location, especially for work in Westminster but the hotel was shabby and wifi didn't work and the room I stayed in had zero signal so useless for work. Check in was quick and flexible with times and staff were welcoming.

Good hotel at good location. Plenty of pubs including The Cask, offering a tremendous range of local beverages at good prices, and som very good food. Great communications with bus and underground. Close to Tate Britain and Victoria Station.

We stayed here for two nights for free using our Choice Hotel points. We were in room 401. When we stepped into our room it had a funny sewage smell. I immediately went down to the front desk. They said they were completely full and couldn't give us another room. I opened the windows in our room and lit some...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
