Was disappointed in this hotel. The rooms very small and very basic. there was no central heating it was out of order and clearly had been for a while and there were plug in electric heaters in various locations - I had one in my room, my colleague didn't. There was no cold water. The tap only gave you hot...

Had a couple of nights here. Although the room was on the small side everything was clean and the bed comfy. There was some traffic noise in the morning but not that bad. Breakfast was a continental buffet and fine to get you started for the day. The tube is close by although we used the bus which is even...

The selection at breakfast was extremely limited with no option for a full English breakfast. Apparently, fresh lemon for tea was not available - I quote "not at this hotel". I feel that the cost did not reflect the service and I will be very wary aout using a Best Western again.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms were small but that's to be expected in this part of London in townhouses. The staff were on the whole very helpful and breakfast- in the bizarrely themed Marilyn Monroe themed room- despite being listed as "continental", was very filling and tasty. The rooms had wi-fi but you had to get a...

Came down for a short stay. 5 minutes walk from pimlico tube very convenient as you are anywhere in minutes, even walked into westminster to big ben, houses of parliament etc in 15 mins. Staff excellent even let us check in 2 hrs early. Room much bigger than average booked via late rooms and saved £60 on the cost. Tea...

was concerned when reading reviews but pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Fantastic location for city centre 15mins walk to buckingham palace & 5 mins walk to nearest underground station. We came back late one evening after seeing a show & felt quite relaxed in the area we walked through. Loads of amenities near by ie coffee shops, restaraunts & local...

This was my second time staying at The Best Western Corona and it won't be my last. This time my stay was for 7 nights and it felt like my home away from home. Marya and Anna and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I actually got to know the neighborhood this time due to the great...

Small room and bath. Clean and hospitable. Close to the tube and easy to get to from Gatwick.

I had work nearby so it was well located for what I required. The price, around £30-40 lower than surrounding hotels, probably reflected the size of the room. I have never stayed somewhere that small. To use the bathroom I had to squeeze inside the door and shut it behind me. The room was not very well protected from the...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
